Intensive Outpatient
(IOP)
Led by Master's-level clinicians, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) therapy is tailored to challenge negative emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while imparting mindfulness techniques and positive coping skills. Conducted in a small group format, IOP offers structured psychotherapy that proves effective in fostering self-awareness, emotional management, and social awareness. Our compassionate and experienced therapists employ evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). In these patient-focused group sessions, individuals explore topics such as coping with a mental health diagnosis, relapse prevention, life experiences and behavioral impact, understanding moods and emotions, identifying triggers and warning signs, communication and conflict resolution, self-identity and self-esteem, and the proactive identification of problems and solutions.
